I have anxiety problem and overthinking..... right now i am having a fear of getting fully mental ..... i want to know that thinking of become fully mental make it real and anxiety can make you fully mental . I am thinking of these problems that because of my this thinking i will become mental .

You need to consult a psychiatrist. A detailed evaluation of your symptoms needs to be done. It can be an anxiety or it can be other symptoms like psychosis too. Only a thorough evaluation will find out the diagnosis and help as psychiatrist to treat appropriately. Good luck.

There is nothing called fully mental.Dont get worried,anxiety disorder can be treated by some medication and therapy.

There are no such issues as full mental. You have an abnormal thought process.  Just evaluate yourself with a Psychiatrist and all issues will get settled down.
