Hello mam....      First and foremost take IOPA(X_ray) of the particular teeth done to rule out the invovement of  nerves....moreover your history seems involvement of nerve layer....So it is mandatory to done Root canal treatment of that particular teeth done and  crown can be fixed over that after the treatment

Hello, The very fact you have extreme pain in your front tooth shows that the  nerves are affected and needs nerve extripation along with crowns to restore.. If teeth are intact the same can be restored Dental Implants may not be necessary Regards Dr.Vathsala

Hi We need to check with the X-ray for the tooth status . If it's favourable we can save it by doing root canal therapy .If not it should be go for extn and replacement with either implants or bridge. Implants are the best option for longevity.
