Hello,
The very fact you have extreme pain in your front tooth shows that the nerves are affected and needs nerve extripation along with crowns to restore..
If teeth are intact the same can be restored Dental Implants may not be necessary

Hi....After root canal treatment you need to go for a crown or bridge depending on your examination. Visit your nearby dentist for detail treatment plan.
Hi
We need to check with the X-ray for the tooth status . If it's favourable we can save it by doing root canal therapy .If not it should be go for extn and replacement with either implants or bridge. Implants are the best option for longevity.
