Frequent weakness and immunity related
I often feel weakness in my legs and whole body sometimes. I've suffered from COVID in 2020 since then after recovering I feel weakness sometimes and also low immunity as i often get sick in changing weathers. My weight is also not increasing since then. Please help me recover from these issues
