This could be because of a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. Backache is most likely due to the stone. Further investigations would be advisable to rule out other causes for this. Homoeopathic medicines will help relieve your symptoms. Get a urine routine test done. Consult in private chat window for further queries.

There could be two possible reasons. One is urinary complaint like UTI or stone. Second possibility is back problem which too can cause frequency of urination. Xray KUB region and Xray back both are required to confirm. Treatment will be done accordingly. Meet urologist and orthopedician both.
Get an kub xray ,urine -r ,fasting /pp blood sugar done and revert back with results.Frequent urination could be due to uti, or calculi(frequent and incomplete evacuation).
