Frequent Urination.
I am facing problem of frequent urination specially at night time and its very hard to sleep in night some time. I did test diabetes and urine test and everything looks good there. Still I am facing this issue, I am trying to loose some weight.
Please suggest option for treatment for this ?

Reduce water consumption after 8 pm at night.
Are you sleeping in an air conditioned room? Maybe the cold is causing frequent urination.
Since when is the problem occuring?
Any difficulty while passing urine?
Any history of fever /burning pain during urination?

Cause of frequent urination includes Urinary tract infection/ Diabetes/ Prostate issue/Hypercalcemia and others. It's important to rule out the cause. Is there any Fever/burning associated with urination? Is frequency of urination act increased at night only ? Do you feel weak/tired/fatigue? Need to do some test to rule our cause and give medication accordingly.
