Frequent mouth ulcers
I have been having mouth ulcers frequently. Generally it clears after 4-5 days, but the problem is it comes frequently like 2 times a month on tongue and mouth.

You should get yourself examined by an oral pathologist. There are multiple reasons for recurrent mouth ulcers. The best way to make the right diagnosis is by a proper clinical examination by an oral pathologist. Your habits such as tobacco use and clinical history will also contribute to the diagnosis.
