Hello.. The best way to prevent allergies is to identify the allergens and prevent it as much as possible...try to cover up and go when you are going out ..you also need to take Vita min c rich food which will help you in building up the stamina and fight against frequent cold..you can take cetrizine or montair l for 15 days...thank you

Hello.......The best way to prevent allergy symptoms is to manage your allergies before your body has a chance to respond to substances adversely. if you are allergic to cold don't have freezed food items, have warm food and water, Cover up yourself while going out.. Doing pranayama, yoga can make your life better..
