Fracture ...
Its been 4 months of fracture walking with walker. In the xray there is a separate bone piece will this piece unite itself or it will require further surgery.

You need a clinical evaluation and may be a  CT scan to confirm union of fracture.

Hi sir. Was your fracture a open one?(exposing  bone or bleeding at the time of fracture) I need your serial xrays to comment. (But seeing this single xray.. I think you are going to land in Non-union and may need further surgeries to make the bone unite)

Hello.. First of all your injury is an open or closed one( associated with bleeding or not) ..any episodes of fever ,pain ,pus discharge coming from that site?? Kindly post your previous X-rays at the time of injury..if possible with the  wound picture By seeing this xray it seems like non union ...if possible kindly do ct right leg ...
Next Steps
take calcium supplements.. pain persists hot water bag application..do physiotherapy strengthening exercises..
