  4. Forearm pain. Index finger, i get pain.

Forearm pain
I have forearm pain when I try to pinch or press. Mostly happens when I use my index finger, I get pain.

Inflammation around the tendons of your finger can cause this pain.  Try taking otc pain medication. If the pain doesn't subside please meet an orthopedic doctor close-by
