  4. Forearm pain. I tore a ligament again?

I dislocated my wrist in October and tore my ligaments in my forearm. I'm not sure if the ligaments healed all the way. But this past weekend I got hit pretty bad on my wrist that I dislocated & now I'm having really bad pain all up my forearm. I was wondering if I tore a ligament again?
