Hi,
After 3 weeks of my radial head excision, i have pain on my wrist when i try to rotate my forearm, im doing passive/active physio everyday i was wondering if maybe i overtrained it. thank you for your fast response

This is a known complication of radial head excision .
This happens due to proximal migration/ stress on radius following the radial head excision.
Ideally the proximal part need to be stabilised post excision to prevent this problem. This can be done with a screw or other recent techniques.
