Everyday in morning I do running 20 minutes continuesly and compliting 3000 steps .and after running I do brisk walking ..about ..45 minutes so total I do running .brisk walking 1 hours . or some time it go more and my everyday routine is to complete 10.000 steps to 12.000 steps in a day and in zym I do 1 hours evening workout everyday ...break fast I take mostly 1 full.plate fruits. Nd in lunch I take ashirvad   mRultigrain atta eat  3 chapati in lunch with a boil vegetables with a litle pinch salt nd some time I take india gate brown rice  drink greens tea 2 times nd in salad I take carrot .beetroot and tomato salad  last time my weight is 105 kg..I want to lose weight . im 94 kg now  im 6 feet plz tell me my diet is good for maintaining a healthy blood pressure plz sugest me best fruits .diet for maintaining healthy hearts and blood pressure .. .is my diet workout is good for maintaining healthy blood pressure

As per your routine food intake should be small small amount 8times a day... like morning you should start with a hot drink anything like green tea.by 7:30am.. avoid coffee and tea.. By 9 to 10 am you should have proper breakfast... as you are continuing In between lunch and breakfast Have some proper salad.. anything you like add ghee, sesame oil ... in diet..by 12pm 1:30 pm to 2pm lunch... This should be Rice dal vegetables baked vegetables what you are following is appropriate By 3:30 pm again a snack... anything related to coconuts... you can munch on it... 5 to 6 pm... proper meal if you like otherwise evening intake of fruits.. Seasonal fruits.. grapes, oranges kiwi... anything of that season. By 8 to 9:30... Hot milk boiled with spice like haldi... etc

This advice followed by some and they are doing great. only quantity every time it should make you feel stomach full... half full as you will be having snacks.. Hope this will help.

Continue your physical activity and diet. You can add avacado, pomegranate, eggs to the diet. Have fiber rich food. Avoid carbs and add protein Drink 3 to 4L of water every day Use low sodium iodised salt.
