Healthy afternoon ma’am, For IBS, limiting foods that are processed, fried and high saturated fat can help to reduce IBS symptoms. Eating small meals and snacks throughout the day. Increasing fibre may improve IBS symptoms, specially soluble fibre ( eg: oats, barley, psyllium, pectin and flaxseed)
