I am currently on stool softners as I am suffering from anal fissure. Have been taking Duphalac 10 ml everyday for last one month.
I observe that I have two bowel movements in between a gap of 1 hour.
Also the fist time the stool is relatively hard which does not help the fissure whereas second time the stool is soft and slides easily.
Any guidance on how this can be sorted?

Avoid high fibre foods since it will worsen the fissure. Fluid intake has to be adequate especially if the weather is hot. Also include foods like rolled oats, ripened banana, ripened papaya in your diet for easy bowel movement.
