Don t know what are your important stats like th, wt, your food preferences, whether you are veg or non veg.
Generally add in more fibre in your diet eat fresh fruits and vegs as 4 portions in form of salads or boiled eat them after thorough washing as much as possible do not remove the full skin while consuming vegs like carrot, cucumber etc as the outer skin has got plenty of fibre.
Avoid red meat if u r non veg.
If you drink fruit juice drink it as a pulpy juice without filtering to add to the fibre.
