Hi mam All packed ghee are not good .we can trust little bit on patanjli cow desi ghee.in cities its a business.and 40 plus age avoid desi ghee its not good for health because around 50 plus age we are not doing proper exercise, or even we are not doing  work at home.if you are doing well exercise and daily 5 6 km walk and you have not any health issue then you can take ghee one time or two time in a day as half tea spoon with dal roti .because in this age we can't digest desi ghee properly.
Health Tips
- in mumbai I can't think that the pure desi ghee is available. - in villages pure desi ghee is available

Good question! Our Indian breed of cow also known as naatu maadu is the right choice ghee. In urban areas and few rural areas there is lot of harmones given to the cow for a better yield of milk. Ideal choice of ghee would be when u make it from the butter made at home. Choose the right milk free of these harmones.
