All packed ghee are not good .we can trust little bit on patanjli cow desi ghee.in cities its a business.and 40 plus age avoid desi ghee its not good for health because around 50 plus age we are not doing proper exercise, or even we are not doing work at home.if you are doing well exercise and daily 5 6 km walk and you have not any health issue then you can take ghee one time or two time in a day as half tea spoon with dal roti .because in this age we can't digest desi ghee properly.

Desi cow ghee is the best . According to Ayurveda cow's milk , ghee is best . It will do snehan as well as bruhan.
You can take daily cow's ghee in your meal.
