Hello doctors, i m 19 years old with height 5"9inch , but weight is only 50 kg ...so should I'll take a protien with workout for gaining mass and muscles ...is mass gainer is better for my health or not

Ideally your weight should be around 75 KGS , Take 4 - 6 small & frequent meal in a day  , add more of protein through your food in your diet .

Hello, Taking any kind of supplement is not advisable untill you are into vigorous activity or heavy weight lifting. Take food rich in protein post workout like sprouts, paneer, curd/ thick buttermilk, egg whites.
