Hello,
Taking any kind of supplement is not advisable untill you are into vigorous activity or heavy weight lifting.
Take food rich in protein post workout like sprouts, paneer, curd/ thick buttermilk, egg whites.
Hi
Why you want to go for mass gainer now. Have you tried healthy weight loss regime through healthy diet and exercise ?

And I believe and learned from experience that anybody can gain weight with a healthy diet without the use of Supplements.
I don't say supplements are bad for your health (excess can be) but at early stage u should start try healthy weight gain regime.... if that doesn't work then go for some Supplement that too under a expert supervision.
