Extent of fluorosis is to evaluated, and it can b done only after seeing ur teeth clinically. U need to visit dentist for d same. Treatment options are composite fillings, veeneers and caps. Fluoride application can also help.

The amount of fluoride stains have to be examined before suggesting any treatment options.
Bleaching may not be able to give you desired results.
You may have to go for crowns or veneers or composite fillings, which may be suggested only after seeing how much deeper the stains are.

By fluorine teeth if u mean stained teeth due to flurosis.... bleaching is a treatment option
