Hi No tomatoes, no spinach, no dairy food for sometime . You can include a fresh lemon water 3glasses everyday. Fresh vegetables gravy with low spices,low salt. If non vegetarian  then 1 pic off chicken or 1 pic. of lean meat. 4times in a week. Green tea with some fiber biscuits.

Hi No calcium in the firm if supplementation.. Calcium through diet is fine...drink lots of water everyday around 2 to 3 litres to stop the relapse of the old incidence.. No to too much of palak( spinach) in diet.. No to too much of salt..no to much of red meats.. Avoid spicy, salty, acidic, sour masala foods always.. Have well balanced meals, small mini meals, high fibre, moderate plant protein, milk and milk products etc.. Thankyou

include lots of all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, low carb, moderate plant protein, low fat, omega 3 and 6 foods, drink lots of water , good sleep, healthy lifestyle  such as physical activities on all the days of thd week, exposure to sun, can take sprouts, millets, fermented foods.. note: 3 litres water per day, have calcium 1000mg/ day, moderate amounts of meats..if non veg.. exercises both morning and evening,
