After opening plaster form my foot, I can't move my foot & I can't stand. So give me a food chart for recover my leg strength ??? In my location 100 km there was no physiotherapy center.

Hot fermentation twice a day. Gently movement of foot in starting. Put a towel roll under ankle and do dorsi/planter flexon. Ankle rotation. And see on you tube ankle exercise it will help you to easily cover.

First of all, ask your orthopedic doctor if fracture healed properly or not.

If yes than start with Ankle toe movements in which you have to stretch your ankle on both the side (up and down). stretch your calf muscle using towel. do toe curls. try to hold a pen and nepkin with your toes. try to go on toes n on your heel. in progression, you can walk on your toes and heel. do ankle rotation movements.
