Food for breakfast...
I have diabetes...is puffed rice or raw chivda good for me or not ? I take flaxseed with chivda and mix and eat with milk. I was suggested that I can eat poha but raw puffed rice shall I eat or not let me know.

Yes, u can eat poha  with more vegetables., upma, brown bread. With 1cup skimmed milk with no sugar. Follow diabetic diet plan full day according ur requirement.

Hi You can take puffed rice. Moderation is the key don't over indulge your self. A mixture of puffed rice and flax seeds with chivda consumption- Quantity should be two handful at once.

Hello - you can have that in limited quantities - control portion size - as per your height  you are overweight - for maintaining goodsugar levels u need to loose weight - are you following any diet plan and exercises.
