Hi,
Generally all kind of vegetables and fruits can be consumed during pregnancy if there is no existence of personal disliking or allergy. Better to take whole fruit instead of fruit juice in mid-morning or after lunch. Other vegetables, leafy vegetables should present in major meal like breakfast, lunch and dinner. To discuss further you can chat directly with me.
