I have 7 month old baby ..8 th month gng on ... How many meals a day is fine? Any food chart? To follow? Can v give orange pulp in cold season now?

4 meals with a gap of 4-5 hours is good with cereal and pulses for lunch and dinner. Milk thrice only

Add ghee to all the food
You can give all fruits in all seasons.
