Folic acid for planning to conceive ?
Hi,I'm planning to conceive so what kind of folic acid should i take and how many mg and dosage per day

You need to start at least 3 months before you plan to conceive. The dose of folic acid is 5mg per day pre  pregnancy.  Consult your doctor as soon you are pregnant
