My last was miscarriaged but i had to untergo twice dnc to remove the RPOC. Second time it was dnc guided by hyteroscopy. I want to know if that will create scar issue in my uterus and if my next pregnancy will result in placenta acreta or something that will again adhere with my uterus? Is it safe for me to conceive again? This will be my second pregnancy if i do but i am scared if something bad will happen?
