My father is loosing protein in urine, and has foamy urine , with fever and cough , please suggest tests and further treatment.

Losing Proteins in the urine is a serious matter.  Please get a urine test done to confirm that he is actually Losing Proteins.  Get his  KFT  done. With the reports Please consult with a General Physician.
