My son is 4 months old. His back and right side head shape out. Could you please help how to correct the head shape and for how many days it will be corrected

This is a common problem need to slowly corrected. Make a small towel round and keep under the head all time. This slowly moulds the head shape don't allow the child to sleep directly on any except room of cloth should snugly fit behind head.it take months to get corrected.
