FLANK AND LOWER ABDOMEN PAIN
I feel Lower abdomen pain with left side flank pain. Ultrasound found no any reason for this pain . No kidney stone or urine infection in URINE RM CULTURE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. What I am suspecting with your symptoms is that you may be suffering from saccroiliitis which must be diagnosed for proper relief
Next Steps
Get X-ray pelvis AP view done and if possible get HlaB27 done to rule out ankylosing spondylitis

This treatment has been  suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days.
