Hi thanks for your query. Improving weight & health is a regular efforts. Your present BMI is 18 just border line. Take high calorie diet plan like cereals enriched with protien like milk,fish,chicken etc.add butter,ghee 2 tsf per day. Fruit & vegetables plenty. Add little dry fruits daily. Sleep 8 hours.
