Usually fistula, if it is not too wide then it's response and gets cure with homoeopathy, we can not say that surgery is the final solution as it keeps on relapsing even after surgery. So the best and final option is to undergo a complete course of treatment will give permanent solution two your problem.

hello ! fistula is definitely curable but if they are multiple in number then it takes much time to heal completely.
Next Steps
approach a good homoeopath in ur vicinity
Health Tips
if u have any other associated conditions like htn, dm or thyroid etc they have to be kept under control with proper medication. apart from that, most important is following proper diet, as fistuals get disturbed with every little changes in the routine diet like taking much of masala foods, irregular eating timings, heavy meals etc all these disturb the natural digestion process leading constipation which makes fistulas to heal slow.

Hi..... Anal fistulas usually require surgery as they rarely heal if left untreated. The main options include: a fistulotomy – a procedure that involves cutting open the whole length of the fistula so it heals into a flat scar....other procedures – where a piece of surgical thread called a seton is placed in the fistula and left there for several weeks to help it heal before a further procedure is carried out to treat it.... Consult surgeon for further advice.....
