You think u r free as u get oper sir don't, as it is RECURRENT even after any type of surgery. You have to CONTROL you temptation n toung. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside, avoid constipation as it is the predisposing factor. Ok.

You may be worried about having a bowel movement after your surgery. You will likely have some pain and bleeding with bowel movements for the first 1 to 2 weeks. You can make your bowel movements less painful by getting enough fibre and fluids, and using stool softeners or laxatives. Sitz bath after bowel movements will also help. These steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - You can start with a liquid diet containing of soups and juices and you can slowly increase the consistency of the food based on how you can tolerate the food. If your stomach is upset, try bland, low-fat foods like plain rice, broiled chicken, toast, and yogurt. - Drink plenty of fluids (unless your doctor tells you not to). - Include high-fibre foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains, in your diet each day.
