For years i had fever and due to it i am unable to sit and pass stools there fore i have to bend down and use finger help to remove stools and now i am getting pain in the hand and shoulder and chest because of this excess use how can i resolve it

If you have to remove stool with your hand it means the constipation is very severe. You can take syrup lactulose15ml once a day with plenty of water.
Eat a fibre rich diet - include cucumber, fruits,vegetables.
Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water daily.
Walk for atleast 20 mins daily.

Need to find out the cause of fever , constipation is very obvious due to insensible loss of water , need to increase water preferred luke water and walking at least for 20-30 min , still it’s won’t resolve them you can use lactulose sachet

Avoid spicy and hard food, if you are a non vegetarian stop eating meat for a few months, include lot of vegetables in your diet, swap chapati to roti, eat lot of bananas, cucumber, carrot and fibre rich food.
