Aa small fissure in ano..Unbearable pain appling ointments ,sitz bath with betadine and taking oral pain killers but no relief...how to get immediate pain relief

Hi Good Day dear. I can understand your pain dear.look dear sitz bath treatment is not only if you are taking oral pain killers.ointment and doing sitz bath..there a lots of thing you have to do..apart of that..then you can manage your pain or fissure??or otherwise you have to come to surgical side. Tell me one more thing are suffering from constipation??
Next Steps
Apply Fidonal Cream twice or thrice a day Apply fucicort cream twice a day especially after sitz bath Stool laxative Duphalac or cremaphin 30ml HS Sitz Bath with Betadine. Increase water intake I crease fiber intake..such as raw fruits and vegetables salads.
