M2 Tone is an Ayurvedic medicine. I don't say that it can do nothing to your periods but what it does to your periods is not predictable . You are overdue by one week. You first decide whether you want Ayurvedic treatment or Modern Medicine treatment. Then you can consult the appropriate Doctor.

M2 tone is only an ayurvedic medicine and will not help you treat irregular periods or help you get your periods You first need investigations to find out the reason for the delay at the spotting A cycle length more than 37 days is not normal needs to be investigated and treatment can be offered accordingly
