Which is the best time to take pregnancy test in irregular cycle last mensuration is 7 march...... protected intercourse 13 april.......now on which date we do pregnancy accurate test........its calculation by last mensuration cycle or last intercourse please tell me

It should be 3 weeks after the date of last sexual intercourse. You had protected intercourse on 13 April. The time to do urine pregnancy test is 4 May or after that.
