Either way you have to consult with your Gynaecologist every two weeks in early pregnancy and a consultation every week in the last two months. The treatment will be as per the clinical examination on that day. Screen positive things are only a reason for someone to pat his back for "having suspected something much before it actually happened" . We don't start treatment based on pre-diagnosis.
