In Rubella they are doing two types of titer IgM and IgG.If IgG is positive means past infection and immunity has occurred due to that infection.If IgM is high means recent infection and treatment is must.

It depends upon whether you have Ig G positive or IgM positive ...I gG positive is not a problem as it indicates immunity and past infection ...it will not affect your pregnancy or the baby
