IgM antibodies signify a current infection. A positive IgM test is a 100% indication for MTP.
In your case it is IgG antibodies which is positive. IgG antibodies signify an old infection which cannot harm an embryo. So from that point of view the pregnancy is safe.
You should get the Double Marker test, Quadruple marker test, TIFFA done at the appropriate time. If there is any doubt you should go for the NIPT test also.
