Finger stiffness or numbness after sleep
Hi, my fingers get stiff during sleep for the last one month (not specifically in the morning). It can even be during the afternoon sleep but, it gets normal immediately after the first fold or movement,i.e within a minute. Slight Pain occurs only on the first move but am normal after that. What's the reason.
