You may have to undergo thorough medical exam and certain tests before a conclusive diagnosis can be made. Complete Haemogram, tests for Malaria and Dengue antigen may be required. Your blood pressure and temp needs to be monitored. Severe headache and vomiting needs to be taken care of. You need to take plenty of fluids. It is better to be under observation of some doctor regarding signs of dehydration, blood pressure monitoring.
