Fever with throat ulcers
Hello, I have been suffering with fever for 3 days and I do have heavy pain in my throat.I can see 1 Ulcer deep inside my mouth near my throat. Also now the fever was under control but I was always feeling tired and even unable to stand for 10 minutes.I have done my blood test and attaching the report

CBC results show increase in lymphocytes most likely related to viral upper respiratory tract infection which usually lasts for 5-7 days Keep yourself well hydrated ,take analgesics , vitamin c 1 gm daily, gargling with betadine or Salt 3 times daily and having protein rich foods will help.

You probably had a viral infection.take plenty if rest,hydrate and gargle with betadine twice daily.

Tab.azithro 250mg Od for 3 days Tab.neurobion forte bd for 5 days Tab. Limcee 500mg od for 5 days Tab.pantocid dsr 40 tds before 1 hr of food for 5 days Tab.diclo50mg od for 3 days Gargle with betadine sol.
