He s having fever and running nose from 2 days.. since we are in middle of vacation trip... I have given him dolo Syrup ...

Good that you have given Dolo syrup.(sos) You can add Syp Maxtra to that- 2.5 ml twice a day , Nasoclear Nasal drops if there is Nasal block. Lots of oral fluids Visit your pediatrician as soon as you are back from your holiday.
