  4. Fever with cold. Pls suggest what to do!

My child is 6 yrs old and having cold and fever last 2 days.I have given Meftal P when fever comes prescribed by doctor .then again for 6 hours after medicine she is all right then again after 6 hours she is habing fever 103 and chills.pls suggest what to do

Hi.give Calpol syrup n between two doses of meftal. Between meftal p and Calpol minimum gap should b 4 hours. Probably its viral will take 3 to 5 days. For cold start syrup Maxtra 5ml thrice a day
