  4. Fever Problem. Suggest what to do.

Fever Problem
My 5 year son's fever is not coming down below 100 from last 24 hours. We have given him two 5ml dosage of Clonac Plus syrup (before consultation) and two dosage of P-250 (after consultation). Sponging him all the time but still the situation is not under control. Please Suggest what to do.
