Fever or Normal 99.5
My daughter had cold & fever since 6 days . Now Cold has gone but temperature of 99.5 is constant. Is 99.5 ( armpit) a fever or normal . If it is fever what might be the reason ?? She is normal no other symptoms eating well playing well. Plz guide.

Ur child is running mild fever...armpit temp is 1 degree Fahrenheit less than rectal temp...likely URTi..U need to monitor the child for next 2 days...Consult me on practoof repeated recordings of tempover next 3 days are high

Fever is considered if reading is at above 100.4.
So if it's 99.5 and child is playful and active , need not worry.
