Any brand of paracetamol can be given initially . However you should consult face to face to find out if it's just a viral fever or not. For viral fever paracetamol is sufficient . For throat or ear infection caused by bacteria , certain antibiotics are required. For UTI , and other infections , other antibiotics may be required. Sometimes if it is not clear what type of fever it is , certain tests may be advised.

Sorry to say, but your information is very incomplete. No one can help with the non-specific information you have provided. For symptomatic relief of fever of over 99.6F, you can use Syrup Paracetamol 10mg/kg/dose every 6-8 hourly, preferably along with feeds.
Next Steps
Please approach your local pediatrician at your convenience.
