Fever last morning me n my mother
Hello dr. I m suffering fever from last morning. Actually mother suffering also fever last 2 days . My mother having ferver 100.2 to 100.5 , lowest temperature 100 . Regular watch fever n oximeter. Oxygen range 97 to 96. Medicine provide paracitamol 500 mg after consulting dr. But fever not down 100. Same condition with me . Actually I m suffering Anxiety last 2 years. Fear of illness.

get sufficient rest. if fever does Not subsided in 2-3days get widal test,CBC,urine routine And microscopy,rtpcr ,dengue antigen done.

First of all calm down. Take a breath. I agree with the medical advice by dr raveendran. Fever takes away lot of body energy, and she may experience fatigue and malaise. That's ok. Take more of fluids. Keep monitoring spo2 ,bp and temp.
Next Steps
isolate other family members, check blood work, once she gets tested , do RTPCR for other members also.

Hi., I can understand your concern. You both need to plan for few tests and need to take antibiotics and supportive medication. Tab azee 500 once a day before food for 5 days Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days Tab dolo 650, 3 times a day after food for 5 days
