  4. Fever every month. Please advise!

Fever every month
My 4.5 old son gets fever every month from Last 8 month around 18th-20th..it stays for 4-5 days and goes away. Consulted 2-3 doc and they say this is viral. I am unable to understand why it comes every month around same date rest of the month he is full active and proper appetite with no other problems. Please advise

Please do a temperature charting using a digital thermometer whenever you think the child is febrile. It could be viral but complete physical examination is needed for further evaluation.
