Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
You already know what cause that so simply avoid the cause. Your life and your body is important more than any thing in your life so TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST
Potential Causes:
1. Circadian Rhythm Disruption: Late-night schedules and exhaustion can disrupt temperature regulation and sleep patterns.
2. Dehydration and Malnutrition: Erratic eating and poor fluid intake can cause physical symptoms mimicking illness (fatigue, dizziness, feeling warm).
3. Impaired Immunity: Chronic stress from sleep deprivation and poor nutrition weakens the immune system, leading to vulnerability to minor infections.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor or campus health service for a physical evaluation and basic blood tests (CBC, metabolic panel) to check for infection, inflammation, or electrolyte imbalances. Focus on restoring sleep hygiene, hydration, and consistent meal tracking.
If needed treat insomnia with medication
Your irregular meal timings, inadequate hydration and disturbed sleep schedule may be contributing to fatigue, headaches, dizziness or feeling unwell. Skipping meals regularly and sleeping at inconsistent times can affect your overall health and energy levels.
Next Steps
Try to maintain regular meals, adequate water intake and a consistent sleep schedule as much as your college routine allows. Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep and avoid excessive tea/coffee, especially later in the day. If you continue to have recurrent fever, persistent weakness, dizziness or other symptoms despite improving your routine, consult a physician for a proper evaluation rather than assuming it is only due to your schedule.
Hello sir
Your irregular meals, dehydration and inadequate sleep may contribute to fatigue and feeling unwell, but recurrent fever should not be attributed to your routine alone. Please maintain adequate hydration, regular balanced meals and a consistent sleep schedule. If you have documented or recurrent fever, please get examined to identify the cause.

Your life style is quite bad.make it a point to eat your 3 major meals on time.exercise .sleep for 6 to 8 hrs meditation good for insomnia.hydrate well.Avoid coffee tea and late night parties..no smoking drinking or substance abuse
It is very common in regular college students.
You need to change your lifestyle. Try with some small changes for example, eat breakfast before going to college. Never go through your whole day till 4 pm with no food in your stomach it will just worsen your health.
Keep some bananas and fruits, bread, milk/juice for your breakfasts. Drink at least 2 bottles (750ml) of water in a day, which will keep you hydrated.
Try avoiding any junk foods as much as you can, since it can be tempting.
If you are not busy with any college works, assignments or projects try to finish your dinner by 9pm and sleep by atleast 11pm-12am. No doomscrolling.
If you are not that busy with any important exams or assignments kindly try these small steps for now for 1 month. Once your body is habituated to this regular routine you will feel much better.
Firstly trying to make a routine.especially skipping breakfast is not good .eating first meal after4 pm is definitely going to your body metabolism, gut helath and overall wellness.
So first step is make a food routine.
Then se the changes
Still you are getting tired and insominaiac consult me personally
Please correct your routine first. Try taking dinner by 8 p.m. regularly. Take breakfast regularly as it is first meal of the day, provides calories, prevents dyspepsia. Ensure regular intake of fresh green vegetables, fresh fruits.
Get blood sugar, thyroid profile, serum proteins, vit d, b12, levels tested and share results. Then I can help you further.
Irregular food intake and sleep patterns can significantly affect your health. These can affect your immune system and can make you more prone to infections

Health Tips
I understand college time can be a bit tedious, with a healthy body your efforts to acquire knowledge will not yield efficient results. so give your body the rhythm and the routine that it needs automatically the feverish sensation will subside away.
good luck.
Carry a water bottle throughout the day and set reminders to drink water regularly rather than catching up all at once.
Pack a simple, breakfast or snack (such as fruit, nuts, or yogurt) to eat during a break before 4 PM to stabilize energy levels.
At night by turning off screens 30 minutes before bed and dimming lights to help manage insomnia.
Your irregular meals, dehydration and late-night routine can explain the weakness, poor sleep and occasional feverish feeling.
Please do not skip breakfast; take regular meals, drink 2â3 litres of water daily and keep dinner 2â3 hours before sleep.
Fix a consistent sleep schedule and avoid caffeine and screens late at night.
If fever is measured, persists, or you have weight loss, palpitations or worsening insomnia, get examined with basic blood tests.
You may book a Practo consultation or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for a proper assessment.
