My 3.5 yrs old daughter has 102 fever but she is active. How much of crocin syrup should i administer? Any home remedy?

Can give 3ml of crocin syrup one dose.. don't repeat .. consult a pediatrician for further medication if required,meanwhile when temperature rises do normal tap water sponching for the baby.. and feed more fluids
